-Demonstrate financial need
-Be current or former recipients of Early Intervention services in their state
-Not be receiving Medicaid benefits

How to Apply for the ABA Therapy Grant

There are currently two ways to apply for the ABA Therapy Grant. The first way is to complete the online application. The second way is to print out the PDF application and mail it in.

If you are applying online, you will need to create an account and provide your contact information. You will then be asked a series of questions about your family’s financial situation and your child’s therapy needs. Once you have completed the online application, you will be able to submit it electronically.

If you are mailing in your application, you will need to print out the PDF form and complete it by hand. Once you have completed the form, you will need to sign it and mail it to the address listed on the form.

It is important to note that all applications must be complete in order to be considered for funding. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
